2009 Planned Expansion Projects

Midcontinent Express Pipeline (MEP)
 

• New 500 mile interstate pipeline which extends from Oklahoma to Alabama

• MEP Pipeline will have a capacity of 1.5 BCFD with a planned expansion to 1.8 BCFD

• Target in-service date is 2^nd quarter 2009

Gulf Crossing Pipeline

• New interstate pipeline which extends from near Sherman, Texas to the Perryville, Louisiana area

• Gulf Crossing Pipeline will have a capacity of approximately 1.7 BCFD

• Target in-service date is 1^st quarter 2009

• Planned capacity lease agreement for 1.1 BCFD of capacity on Gulf South Pipeline with deliveries to Transcontinental Pipe Line Company (Transco) interconnect in Choctaw County, Alabama (Transco 85)

2008 Completed Expansion Projects

• 84,340 Hp of new compression

• 94 miles of new pipelines

• One new treatment plant

• Three new CO² treatment plants
