Enogex

 A Well-Connected Pipeline Business

Enogex LLC is a subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp. with minority interests held by affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC.  Enogex LLC together with its subsidiaries (collectively, “Enogex”) provides natural gas gathering, processing, transportation and storage in the major natural gas producing basins of Oklahoma and portions of the Texas Panhandle. Enogex has more than a 50-year legacy in the industry, employs more than 760 and currently owns and operates:

·         more than 8,700 miles of gathering and transportation pipe

·         9 processing plants

·         24 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity

·         more than 2 million net acres dedicated, primarily in the Granite Wash, Cleveland Sands, Tonkawa, and Cana Woodford plays.

Gathering--Enogex uses its extensive gathering pipeline system and 500,000 HP compression fleet to provide gas gathering services to natural gas producers who want to market their gas. Enogex also offers competitive prices to producers who want to sell their gas at the wellhead.

Processing—Enogex provides processing services because much of the raw natural gas supply it gathers must be processed before it can meet quality specifications to be used as fuel.  A new 120 MMcf/d processing plant in Wheeler County, Texas, began production in the summer of 2012 with an expansion to 200 MMcf/d already planned for 2013.  Enogex also plans to install another 200 MMcf/d processing plant in northwestern Oklahoma to begin operations in 2013.

During gas processing, Enogex recovers valuable natural gas liquids, such as ethane and propane.  These natural gas liquids are used for other types of energy needs. Enogex purchases natural gas liquids from producer and resells them for industrial use, and Enogex also acts as a wholesale supplier to many retail propane distributors in Oklahoma.  Producers can participate with Enogex in the processing of gas to extract additional value from their natural gas stream before scheduling it to be transported and delivered to markets for final sale and consumption.

Transportation and Storage--The Enogex gathering pipelines and processing plants connect to the Enogex transportation pipelines and storage systems within the state of Oklahoma, benefiting producers and large end-users, as well as other energy shippers and marketers.  The more than 2,300 miles of Enogex transportation pipeline also accepts gas from shippers at 20 major intrastate and interstate pipeline interconnects for delivery to 26 delivery points from where it is shipped to other destinations throughout the United States.
