UPDATE: Enogex Gathering & Processing LLC - Notice of Force Majeure Event – Gathering Pipeline Estimated to be back In-Service in September 2010
Please note that a breakage of one of EGP’s main gathering pipelines located in Grady County , Oklahoma occurred on June 29, 2010. Enogex estimates that the affected gathering pipeline will be back in service sometime in September 2010. We will continue to update this notice with additional information as it becomes available. We recognize the challenges associated with this Force Majeure event and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

UPDATE: Notice of Force Majeure Event - Line 21 Temporarily Out of Service Effective July 23, 2010
On July 23, 2010, due to unscheduled pipeline maintenance issues, Enogex temporarily removed Line 21 in the East Zone from service. Please note this outage will continue through the end of August and into September. Capacity to all Bennington delivery points (Gulf Crossing, MEP, and NGPL-Bryan) will continue to be unavailable to Enogex shippers during this outage. Enogex will update this notice with any additional information as it becomes available.

Notice of Force Majeure Event - Enogex LLC Pipeline System: Line 21 Temporarily Out of Service Effective July 23, 2010
Effective the afternoon of July 23, 2010, due to pipeline maintenance issues, Enogex will be required to temporarily remove Line 21 in the East Zone from service. This will take capacity to zero for all Bennington delivery points (Gulf Crossing, MEP, and NGPL-Bryan). We anticipate the outage to last at least 30 days. Please note that Enogex will update this notice with any additional information as it becomes available.
Enogex will endeavor to contact all affected shippers as soon as possible. However, if you have any questions, please contact your Commercial Account & Development Manager or Volume Control Representative. UPDATE: Enogex Gathering & Processing LLC - Notice of Force Majeure Event - extended Until Further Notice
Please note that a breakage of one of EGP’s main gathering pipelines located in Grady County, Oklahoma occurred on June 29, 2010 and will require the shut-in of some of the affected Points of Receipt. In addition, some Points of Receipt located upstream of the affected pipeline may experience higher line pressure than normal. It was initially anticipated that the outage would last approximately four weeks, but after additional assessment, the outage will remain in effect until further notice. While all impacted producers should receive written notification, if you are affected and have not been notified, please contact your Commercial Account & Development Manager or Customer Care at 800-736-8492.
